This antique circular fireplace is executed in deep black marble and has a classic, clean design with clear proportions. The circular model makes the fireplace extremely well suited to housing a fire or stove, or to being placed around an existing mantel.
A circular ornament is worked into the front, subtly breaking up the composition, flanked by clean carved detailing in panels that recur in the consoles. The powerful simplicity of the design creates a calm yet stately appearance.
